Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Pride Pals! Every order helps support a small business dedicated to creating thoughtful, inclusive designs.

Order Processing

Most of our products are currently made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you after purchase, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may be slightly longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand. Print-on-demand products commonly require several business days for fulfillment before shipment.

Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package. Tracking numbers are typically provided once orders ship.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Pride Pals cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once production has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members and neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.
  • Reach out to us if you still need assistance.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may be assessed by their country.
